Ticketmaster hacked. Breach affects more than half a billion users.
Emails, phone numbers, addresses, and even financial details have allegedly been exposed by a notorious hacker group.

It’s only potentially the last four digits of a card number. But I’ll share how I mitigate for things like this. I opened a Fintech/Challenger bank account (Starling). I only use it for Internet payments. I don’t keep a lot of money in there. Just transfer funds when I’m buying something. If it gets breached, no big deal, nothing really exposed. Also a good option when travelling and contactless with an iPhone is not an option (rarer these days).
If you are going to try one of these, recommend you choose one with a UK banking license though.
