Help the Farmers
I don’t even know which Minister is in charge of this (I looked them up, 🤷♂️). I’m very fond of Farmers. Tough and entrepreneurial job and you need to be knowledgable in a lot of things. Quite amazing that only 34 of 101 services can be done online. But with the consistently atrocious weather and looming export/import challenges (a lot of can kicking, but it’s coming) I’d hope we’d do better for them.

A lot of stress and a lot of challenges to your mental health in that industry. I appreciate them.
I did simultaneously spit coffee and roll my eyes at the following though:
“The department told the committee the measures increased applications from LinkedIn by 20 percent, although it didn’t mention the baseline figure.”
I think every recruiter would agree…that’s not exactly a sound metric.
